RETURNS


If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, or if you disagree with our Terms and Conditions, you may, within 30 days of purchase, return the product for a refund of the purchase price.


To receive your refund, you must FIRST email us at support@tnbtechnologies.com and obtain an RMA Number and return address for the product to be received by us. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee that the product will be received and you may not receive your refund.


In your email you must state:

  1. Name of the person who placed the order with us.
  2. Address the product was shipped to.
  3. Price paid for the product.
  4. Date the purchase was made.


You must also include a copy of the receipt, invoice, or other acceptable proof of purchase for the product you wish to return. Please state that you want to return the product for a refund and state the reason for the return.


If accepted, we will reply to your email with an RMA Number and the address you should ship your product to.


You must return any products to us at your own expense. The RMA Number assigned to your return MUST be legibly on the outside of the package shipped to us or it will not be accepted and may not be returned to you.


Once we have received your returned product and verified that it does match our purchase records for your account, we will issue your refund. Any refund will be issued only if, in our sole discretion, you have properly adhered to the above conditions.
